Distribution.
U.S.A. (Arizona, District of Columbia, Florida, Iowa, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia), Mexico (Nuevo León, Tamaulipas).
Biology.
Reared in Virginia, U.S.A., from Balaninus sp. ( Curculionidae ) on Quercus alba L. ( Fagaceae ), probably from acorns ( Horstmann 2010).
