Key to the species of Calligaster View in CoL View at ENA occurring in the Philippine Islands
1 Parapsidal furrows shallow, with few punctures. Anterior margin of scutellum with a shallow and irregular transverse furrow; scutellum dull with fine punctures ( Fig. 8 View FIGURES 3–8 ). Male clypeus regularly convex, apical emargination semicircular and as wide as deep ( Fig. 5 View FIGURES 3–8 ). Female clypeus more sparsely punctured on the disc ( Fig. 6 View FIGURES 3–8 ). - Parapsidal furrows defined and deep, densely punctured. Anterior margin of scutellum crenate, forming six deep pits; scutellum weakly shiny with big deep punctures and micropunctate interspaces ( Fig. 7 View FIGURES 3–8 ). Male clypeus with a median transverse depression, apical emargination wider than deep ( Fig. 3 View FIGURES 3–8 ). Female clypeus more densely punctured on the disc ( Fig. 4 View FIGURES 3–8 ). Male with yellow lines on mandible and scape and rounded yellow spots above antennal insertions........ C. ilocana Selis , sp. nov.
