Eurycarenus sp. ? laticeps (Loew)

Material examined. 1♀, 23 km by road to Uis on C35 from C39, 20°31’S 16°56’E, 1.iv.1997, visiting small violet flowers of Ocimum americanum L. ( Lamiaceae ), 96/97/ 582, F.W. & S.K. Gess ( AMGS).

Notes. No trace of the white median stripe of white scales on the abdomen which is present in E. laticeps .
