Etymology. The species is named in honor of Professor Alexander P. Rasnitsyn.
Diagnosis. Fore wing with r-rs issuing before pterostigmal midlength, twice as long as distance between r-rs and m-cu; 2m-cu reclined; hind wing with 2-Rs and 2-M reaching wing margin.
Description. Head broad, with eyes set wide apart. Antennae filiform, robust, 0.6× as long as wing length; scape cylindric, robust, pedicel slightly longer than wide, 0.3× as long as scape; flagellomeres gradually shortening from base to apex, and apical segment as long as subapical one. Mandible robust, gradually curved.

Hind wing with 5 distal hamuli; 2-Rs and 2-M reaching wing margin; 1-Rs 0.1× as long as r-m; 1-M 1.3× as long as r-m.
