Type material. Holotype: ♀, CHINA: Guizhou Province, Leishan County, Leigongshan Mountain, Xiannvtang (26°22.479′N, 108°11.858′E), 1576 m a.s.l., 13 September 2005, leg. Zhenguo Xie. GoogleMaps Paratypes: 1♀, same data as holotype GoogleMaps .
Etymology. The specific name is derived from the type locality; adjective.
Diagnosis. The female can be distinguished from other congeners by the extremely enlarged atrium completely fused by COs, and with parallel anterior and posterior margins. Male unknown.
Description. Female ( Figs 20–21 View FIGURE 20 View FIGURE 21 ). Total length 9.87–10.70 (n=2). Holotype: body 10.70 long; carapace 4.73 long, 3.74 wide, width: length = 0.79; abdomen 5.97 long, 3.86 wide. Diameters of eyes: AME 0.28, ALE 0.23, PME 0.22, PLE 0.21. Eye interdistances: AME–AME 0.17, AME–ALE 0.12, ALE–ALE 0.92, PME–PME 0.30, PME–PLE 0.31, PLE–PLE 1.34, ALE–PLE 0.14. OAW 1.62, CRW 2.43, OAW/CRW = 0.67. MOA 0.56 long, front width 0.70, back width 0.73. Clypeus height 0.35, 1.25 times AME diameter. Chelicerae with three promarginal teeth and five retromarginal teeth. Labium 0.75 long, 0.69 wide. Sternum 2.29 long, 2.00 wide. Measurements of legs: leg I 12.89 (3.71 + 1.66 + 3.07 + 2.81 + 1.64), II 12.55 (3.64 + 1.63 + 2.89 + 2.75 + 1.64), III 11.00 (3.00 + 1.48 + 2.42 + 2.57 + 1.53), IV 14.48 (3.84 + 1.60 + 3.44 + 3.98 + 1.62).
Epigyne ( Figs 20E View FIGURE 20 , 21A View FIGURE 21 ): anteriorly with an extremely enlarged, almost round atrium completely fused by COs; atrium with parallel anterior and posterior margins, anterior margin longer than posterior margin. Vulva ( Figs 20F View FIGURE 20 , 21B View FIGURE 21 ): copulatory ducts anteriorly extremely inflated, semicircular; accessory glands small, oval; spermathecae separated by nearly one and a half spermatheca’s width.
