China (Anhui, Fujian, Gansu, Guangdong, Guangxi, Guizhou, Hainan, Hubei, Hunan, Jiangxi, Shaanxi, Sichuan, Yunnan, Zhejiang).

Habitat.

In open places, mixed woods and forest margins from 300 to 2500 m.
