Isolectotype (Lectotype designated by Vogt & Schuhwerk [2001: 168]):— GERMANY. Thuringia: Fl. v. Berka, Dambachgrund, Sand, 24 September 1927, J. Bornmüller (B barcode B 10 0000374!).—Current name: Hieracium lachenalii subsp. aviicola ( Boreau 1857: 401) Zahn (1929b: 1285) .
Remarks: —The lectotype selected by Vogt & Schuhwerk (2001: 168) is kept in Munich (M barcode M-0161198!). Negligible taxon.
