Distribution. A—Amapá (new record) and Pará. B—Ceará, Mato Grosso, Minas Gerais, São Paulo, Paraná and Rio Grande do Sul. C—United States of America, Honduras, Dominican Republic, Panama, Colombia, Venezuela, Suriname, French Guiana, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia and Argentina ( Rider & Chapin 1991; Arismendi & Thomas 2003; Grazia & Schwertner 2011; Santos & Bastardo 2013; Cambra et al. 2018).
