Distribution. A—Pará. B—Ceará, Pernambuco, Bahia, Mato Grosso, Goiás (new record), Minas Gerais, Espirítio Santo, Mato Grosso do Sul, Rio de Janeiro , São Paulo, Paraná, Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul ( Rider & Chapin 1991; Schmidt & Barcellos, 2007).
