Distribution. A—Amapá (new record), Pará ( Rolston 1978c) and Mato Grosso (new record). B—Maranhão (new record), Distrito Federal, Goiás and Minas Gerais. C—Mexico, Cuba, Honduras, Nicaragua, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Guyana and French Guiana ( Rolston 1978c; Arismendi & Thomas 2003).
