Infestation of Setaphyes dentatus View in CoL

No ciliate epibionts or filamentous bacteria were noticed on the specimens collected 1988 and 1998. Altogether, 27 specimens of Trematosoma husselae sp. nov. were noted on three out of 13 specimens of S. dentatus collected in June 2016. One kinorhynch hosted 2, 3, or 22 epibionts ( Table 5 View TABLE 5 ). One specimen also revealed filamentous prokaryotic epibionts ( Table 5 View TABLE 5 ). No specimens of C. buetschlii were traced on any of the 14 specimens of S. dentatus collected 2016.
