Cebu, E Mactan Island, cave, 10°15.62’N, 123°59.11’E, 30 m, 13.IV.1997 ( MNHN P1 DIA 34). — SW Bohol, Panglao Island, overhang, 9°37.14’N, 123°46.48’E, 23 m, 21.IV.1997 ( MNHN P1 DIA 33). — Bohol Sea, Balicasag Island SW of Bohol, 9°31.02’N, 123°40.83’E, 15.IV.1997 ( MNHN P1 DIA 36). — Cebu, E Mactan Island, overhang, 10°15.62’N, 123°59.11’E, 10 m, 14.IV.1997 ( MNHN P1 DIA 37).
DESCRIPTION
By its internal morphology this species is very close to D. chinensis . It is characterised by a hard tunic and zooids partly protruding at the colony surface. The oesophago-rectal peduncle is longer than in D. chinensis .
