Material examined. Two males, Tanzania, Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Rotian Glade at the outer ENE side of Ngorongoro Crater, 2100 m a.s.l., 30 December 1988, T. Pócs & S. Chuwa coll.
Redescription. Male. Length of idiosoma 410 µm, width 370 µm (n=2). Shape circular, posterior margin rounded.
Dorsal idiosoma ( Fig. 4 View FIGURES 4 – 7 ). Marginal and dorsal shields fused anteriorly. Surface of dorsal shield with alveolar ornamentation. Setae j1 distally pennate ( Fig. 5 View FIGURES 4 – 7 ). Other dorsal setae needle-like, with short pilosity on apical margin ( Fig. 6 View FIGURES 4 – 7 ).
Ve n t r a l idiosoma ( Fig. 7 View FIGURES 4 – 7 ). Tritosternum with narrow basis, the apical part of base bear two spines. Laciniae with one long central branch and with several lateral spines. Sternal and ventral shields with alveolar ornamentation. Sternal setae short, smooth and needle-like. Genital shield circular, located between coxae IV. Ventral setae V2 shorter than other ventral setae and needle-like; V6 long, smooth and needle-like; V7 and V8 as long as V6, but with short apical pilosity; V6, V7 and V8 situated near the metapodal line; V4 as long as V2. Stigmata located between coxae II and III. Peritreme hook-shaped.
Gnathosoma . Internal malae long and smooth. Hypostomal setae h1 long, smooth, setiform; h2 short, setiform, with serrated basal margins; h3 and h4 not clearly visible (covered by coxae I). Basal part of epistome not clearly visible (covered by coxae I), apical part with two short branches, which bear short hairs. Chelicerae not clearly visible. Apical part of palp with simple smooth setae, the basal part not clearly visible (covered by coxae I).
