Type locality. Karaka.

Broun number: 2525.

Type material examined. 2 exx. Syntype (NHM): card-mounted, “2525.” [in Broun’s hand], “New Zealand. [red underline] \ Broun Coll. \ Brit. Mus. \ 1922-482.”, “Karaka \ Drury.” [in Broun’s hand], “ Veronatus \ nubilus ” [in Broun’s hand]. Syntype (NHM): ventrally card-mounted, same label data as above.

Remarks. Broun examined five specimens collected from Karaka near Drury. All of them were found on Cordyline banksi (Broun 1893) .
