Notes
Originally described from Australia and reported from worldwide locations. However, Radashevsky (2015) notes that the characters of the material from type locality are poorly known and that the insufficient original description could have led to reports from worldwide locations. Therefore several records possibly have been confused or constitute undescribed species.
