Remarks. Panning (1949) referred Pseudocolochirus mollis Ludwig & Heding, 1935 to Psolidiella Mortensen, 1925 a. In a subsequent treatment Panning (1971) did not include P. mollis in Psolidiella , but did not reassign the species. O’Loughlin (2000) reviewed Psolidiella and, being unfamiliar with P. mollis , followed Panning (1971) and omitted P. mollis from Psolidiella . Current familiarity with the species confirms the original referral by Panning (1949) of Pseudocolochirus mollis Ludwig & Heding, 1935 to Psolidiella Mortensen, 1925 a.
