Megalobrachium festae (Nobili, 1901) View in CoL

Material examined. This species was collected only at La Manzanilla (15°51´N, 97°04´W), with one male (ICMyL MAZ 9423A) and four females (ICMyL MAZ 9423B).

Remarks. Particularly, this species has a distribution ranging to southern Mexico and was documented to the Huatulco region by Ramírez-Luna et al. (2002), Rodríguez (2008), and García-Madrigal & Andréu-Sánchez (2009). There are some records as far north as Ixtapa region by Hiller et al. (2004). In our study this species was surveyed at La Manzanilla, which confirms its particular distribution to the southern Pacific coast of Mexico.
