Holotype ♂ in SAIM (see Palma 1996: 159).

Type host: Eudyptes moseleyi Mathews & Iredale, 1921 (see Palma 2017: 91).

Chilean host: Eudyptes chrysocome (J.R. Forster, 1781) .
