Lectotype (Veldkamp in Cafferty & al. in Taxon 49: 243. 2000): Amman 26, Herb. Linn. No. 84.7 ( LINN) .

Current name: Deyeuxia pyramidalis (Host) Veldkamp View in CoL ( Poaceae ).

Note: The epithet “arundinacea” is pre-occupied in Deyeuxia by D. arundinacea P. Beauv. , and D. pyramidalis (Host) Veldkamp is therefore the correct name in that genus. In Calamagrostis , however, it remains C. arundinacea (L.) Roth.
