Material examined. Nha Phu Bay, about 10 specimens.
Abundance. Uncommon.
Measurements. Up to 13 mm ( Lozouet & Plaziat 2008).
Ecological notes. Subtidal estuarine species, to be referred to the non-mangal malacofauna. Dwells buried superficially within the bottom sand of the estuarine channel ( Lozouet & Plaziat 2008).
In studied sites was found buried in sediment in streams.
Relation to mangroves. Eurybiotic.
Distribution in Vietnam. Central coast.
General distribution. Indian and western Pacific Ocean, with a wide distribution in south and South-East Asia ( Brandt 1974).
