"Habitat Monspelii." RCN: 5391.

Lectotype (Lassen in Turland & Jarvis in Taxon 46: 474. 1997): Herb. Linn. No. 303.13 ( S) .

Current name: Lathyrus setifolius L. View in CoL ( Fabaceae : Faboideae ).

Note: Jafri (in Jafri & El-Gadi, Fl. Libya 86: 281. 1980) and Meikle (Fl. Cyprus 1: 576. 1977) both indicated material from Allioni, Herb. Linn. No. 905.9 ( LINN) as the lectotype. However, the material was not received by Linnaeus until 1757 and cannot be original material for the name.
