Pogonomyia alpicola var. tundrica Schnabl in Becker et al., 1915: 48. Type-locality: Russia, “Karskaja Tundra” [= Yamalo-Nenetskiy AO, east slope of Polar Urals]. Lectotype ♂, ZIN (designation by inference by Hennig, 1962c: 677).
Siberian records: Yamalo-Nenetskiy AO, east slope of Polar Urals [as “Karskaja Tundra”] (Schnabl in Becker et al., 1915: 48, type-locality of P. tundrica ); West Siberia ( Zimin & El’berg, 1970: 574; Pont, 1986a: 70).
General distribution: Palaearctic Region, from Europe east to North China, and Nearctic Region.
Comment. The syntypes of P. alpicola var. tundrica were collected on 17 July 1909. According to the expedition itinerary by Backlund (1911: 72, 73), the expedition made stops 24 and 25 on 17 July, at a tributary of the River Nyarma-Yaga, 210 m.
Drymeia gymnophthalma sibirica (Lavčiev, 1971)
Thrichopticoides [sic] gymnophthalma ssp. sibirica Lavčiev, 1971: 220 . (Junior secondary homonym, preocc. in Drymeia by Bebryx sibirica Hennig, 1962 .) Type-locality: Russia, Irkutskaya Oblast’, Sarma. Holotype ♂, ZIN (but not found by Pont, 2004: 77).
Siberian records: Irkutskaya Oblast’, Sarma village on River Sarma (Lavčiev, 1971: 220, type-locality); East Siberia ( Pont, 1986a: 71).
General distribution: Known only from the type series.
Comment. Although the name D. sibirica Lavčiev is a junior secondary homonym, no replacement name is proposed as the identity and status of this taxon are problematic.

General distribution: Only known from the North Urals.

General distribution: Russia (Novaya Zemlya, West Siberia) and Nearctic Region.

General distribution: Russia (East Siberia) and Mongolia.
