(2009: 14) noted: “although being labelled only ‘Turkestan’, our material most likely belongs to the type series comprising 7 specimens collected from Uzbekistan, near the railway station Vrevskaja, 50 km SW of Taschkent, collected by A. Zachvatkin”. The ZMH specimen was not listed by Weidner (1960) but is listed in Rack (1974).
Collection remarks. The specimens were collected by Alexej Zachvatkin from the Station of Plant Protection (Station für Pflanzenschutz) in Taschkent at a soil depth of 5–40 cm.
Current systematic position. Junior synonym of Taschkentia parthorum ( Pocock, 1891) according to Crabill (1962: 509).
