Added by van Achterberg (1990). Phanerotoma rjabovi Vojnovskaja-Krieger, 1929 and media Shestakov, 1930, synonymised under leucobasis by Achterberg (1990), are now considered to be junior synonyms of fracta Kokujev, 1903 ( Belokobylskij 2000b).
