Thailandus Chandrapatya, 1997

Type species. Thailandus diospyrosae Chandrapatya in Chandrapatya & Boczek, 1997b: 24, 26, 27.

Diagnosis. Body fusiform; gnathosoma large, abruptly curved and bent down near base; scapular setae (sc) present; genual setae absent from both legs, paraxial tibial seta (l’) absent, empodium divided; coxae I and coxae II each with 3 setae; opisthosoma with 3 ridges, setae c2 absent, setae e absent.

This genus is monotypic ( Amrine et al. 2003).
