Arcuphantes pennatoides View in CoL n. sp.

너P날fflḍljHḑ (ṉÿ) ( Figs. 6 View Fig J-K, 15E-H, K-M)

Material examined. Holotype: ♂, mixed forest (35°23 ʹ 35 ʺ N, 129°06 ʹ 21 ʺ E, alt. 631 m), Sangbuk-myeon, Yangsan-si , Gyeongsangnam-do, 27 September 2010, J. C. Lim GoogleMaps . Paratypes: 2♂♂, 2$$, same data as holotype GoogleMaps .

Etymology. The specific name is a Latin adjective “ pennatus ” (winged) having the suffix “- oides ” (resembling).

Diagnosis. The new species is very similar to A. chilboensis n. sp., A. pennatus Paik, 1983 and A. scitulus Paik, 1974 in the male palp appearance, but different from A. chilboensis n. sp. by the shapes of paracymbial upper branch, posterior part of radix and rectangular pseudolamella tip, and the position of lamellar extension on the posterior part of radix; clearly different from A. pennatus by the shapes of paracymbial upper branch, pseudolamella, and the process of posterior part of radix; and easily distinguished from A. scitulus by the shapes of paracymbial upper branch, pseudolamella and lamellar extension. ( Fig. 15 View Fig E-J).

Description. Male (holotype). Total length 2.24. Habitus as in Figure 6J View Fig . Carapace dirty brown, 1.12 long, 0.96 wide. Clypeus height 1.7 times of diameter of AME. AER 0.42, PER 0.46. Both eye rows recurved in dorsal view. AME 0.08, ALE 0.12, PME 0.10, PLE 0.09, AME-AME 0.01, AME-ALE 0.05, PME-PME 0.05, PME-PLE 0.05, AME-PME 0.08, and ALE-PLE contiguous. Median ocular quadrangle, posterior side>eight>anterior side (18:17:12). Chelicera with a tooth on each margin. Sternum 0.61 long, 0.61 wide. Labium 0.20 wide. Abdomen oval and dark brown with blurry white bands on both margins anteriorly, 1.12 long, 0.72 wide. Palp ( Fig. 15 View Fig E-H): paracymbium bifurcated by a broad low- er branch with convolute tip and a round spatula-like upper branch, with a small hooked proximal process and a small sharp-pointed lateral process; pit hook of suprategulum distinct; anterior part of median membrane round, chitinized. Embolic division: anterior part of radix hook-like; posterior part broad; embolus proper and apex small and pointed; anterior terminal apophysis blunt, median one membranous with a serrated margin and papillae; pseudolamella rectangular; lamellar extension long, membranous.

Female (paratype). Total length 1.80. Habitus as in Figure 6K View Fig . Carapace 0.96 long, 0.80 wide. Clypeus height 2.8 times of diameter of AME. AER 0.36, PER 0.39. AME 0.05, ALE 0.10, PME 0.08, PLE 0.09, AME-AME 0.02, AME-ALE 0.05, PME-PME 0.05, PME-PLE 0.04, AME-PME 0.08, and ALE-PLE contiguous. Median ocular quadrangle, posterior side>eight>anterior side (17:16:10). Chelicera with three promarginal and five retromarginal teeth. Sternum 0.51 long, 0.55 wide. Labium 0.18 wide. Abdomen 1.04 long, 0.72 wide.
