Hyposoter nigritus ( Holmgren, 1860) View in CoL

Limneria nigrita Holmgren, 1860 : lectotype ♀ in NHRS, designated by Hinz (1964), examined.

The species is superficially similar to H. culminator View in CoL , but can be distinguished easily by the key characters. It is known only from Sweden, and nothing is known of its biology.
