Type locality. Pirenopolis, Goiás, Brazil.
Remarks. The species is one of the smaller species of the genus ( Fig. 17 View FIGURE 17 ) and is similar to G. c u t a, G. nigra and G. platyrhina . Body length 12.9–13.6 mm, fore wing length 19.6–19.7 mm ( Gogala, et al. 2015).
Distribution. The species is known from the type series and additional specimens collected in Goiás, Brazil ( Gogala, et al. 2015).
