LITERATURE. — Dowsett (1993); Dowsett et al. (2013); Borrow & Demey (2014).

FIELD DATA. — GBIF.

STATUS. — Resident?

REMARK. — The presence in north Burkina Faso is reported in Borrow & Demey (2014) as non-Breeding in the extreme north. Two observations in II.2003 and X. 2005 in NW ( GBIF, 2020) and a pair was observed in Taparko mine, IX.2017 by one of us (AB). The status of this species in Burkina Faso needs further assessment.
