Vernacular Names: Thollon's Red Colobus.

Synonyms: Piliocolobus lovizettii (Matschie 1913) .

Distribution: South of Congo River, west of Lomami River (Dem. Rep. Congo).

Conservation: CITES – Appendix II.

Discussion: Dandelot (1974:35) considered tholloni a distinct species; followed by Groves (2001 c).
