Distribution in Vietnam. In forest, urban soil.
Northwest: Lào Cai ( Hoàng Liên national park ; Sa Pa).
Northeast: Bắc Giang (Trýờng Sõn). Lạng Sõn (Hữu Lũng).
Red River Delta: Hà N ội (Cầu Gi ấy; Đông Anh; Đống Ða; Gia Lâm; Hai Bà Trýng; Hoàn Ki ếm; Sóc Sõn; Tây H ồ; Thanh Trì; Thanh Xuân; T ừ Liêm).
North Central Coast: Hà Tĩnh (Hýõng Sõn; Sõn Kim).

Type locality. Knyazhaya , Múrmansk Oblast, Kola Peninsula ( Russia).
General distribution. After redescription of F. diplophthalma types ( Potapov & Dunger 2000), this species is restricted to northern Palaearctic regions.
Remarks. Records from Central Europe, Japan, Nepal, Vietnam will need verification due to probable confusion with other congeners ( Potapov 2001; Arbea 2016; Babenko et al. 2019).
