Aedeagus 2.86 × as long as wide; dorsal body of aedeagus wider medially, narrowing progressively apicad, lateral margin weakly convex, converging apicad, not curved dorsad, apex with one pair of outer lobe; base of dorsal body of aedeagus weakly sclerotized, triangular, with median region angulate; ventral ramus of aedeagus surpassing half length of dorsal body, not reaching base of apical lobe of dorsal body, lateral margin sinuous, wider medially and base much narrower than apex. Apodeme extending beyond genital ring.
FEMALE unknown.

Variations. Body length between 1.59 and 2.77 mm; LFW between 1.37 and 2.13 mm; maximum wing width between 0.61 and 0.91 mm; frontal carina triangular in dorsal view; median carina of clypeus varies between basally incomplete and absent; pronotal declivity low; scutellar groove dilated medially; posterior transverse carina of propodeal disc conspicuous or inconspicuous with median concavity moderate to absent; metasomal tergite I groove long, 0.50 × as long as tergite I; median region of aedeagal dorsal body with large, high and rounded expansion in dorsal view.
Remarks. Dissomphalus nandus sp. nov. is similar to D. turinus sp. nov. because of the following characteristics: vertex crest straight; mandible with one apical tooth; clypeal median tooth directed ventrad; eye sub-circular and gibbous; OOL 1.38 × WOT; DAO 0.38 × WOT; notaulus evenly narrow; wing with metacarpus 1.50 × as long as stigma; propodeal declivity forming obtuse angle with propodeal disc; hypopygium with median stalk wide, lateral margins slightly convergent posterad; aedeagal dorsal body slightly wider medially. However, D. nandus sp. nov. differs as follows: hypopygeal posterior margin straight; basiparamere evenly narrow with dorsal surface much narrower than ventral surface; base of paramere much wider than basiparamere apex, apex forming straight angle with inner surface; aedeagal dorsal body lozenge-shaped; aedeagal ventral ramus short, wider medially, lateral margin convex and apex angulate; aedeagal apodeme with apex turned laterad.
Distribution. Thailand (Chiang Mai, Sakon Nakhon, Phitsanulok, Phetchabun, Loei, Ubon Ratchathani, Suphanburi and Surat Thani).
