Diagnosis. Forewing length, 10.5 mm. The forewing color pattern is similar to that of baryoma Diakonoff , but this species can be distinguished by the larger in size and the forewing with conspicuous discal stigmata. The female is unknown.

Description of venation. Forewing with R3 near to R4+5 at base; R4 and R5 stalked beyond middle; R5 reaching termen; CuA1 and CuA2 stalked. Hindwing with M2 present; M3 and CuA1 stalked for 1/3 length.

Male genitalia ( Fig. 14 View FIGURES 13 – 16 ). See also Diakonoff (Fig. 592). Basal lobes of uncus short, rounded. Valva elongate, broad basally; ventral margin slightly expanded medially; cucullus with nearly parallel margins, with round apex; a row of short bristles well presented along ventral margin; row of pectinate comb long, obliquely positioned. Aedeagus strongly bent medially; cornuti consist of three irregular spines.

Material examined. 1 3 (holotype), Papua, Moss Forest Camp., 5 km NE Lake Habbema, 2800 m, 6 x 1938, gen. slide no. 992/D, in RMNH.

Distribution. Indonesia ( Papua).

Remarks. The species was described, on the basis of a single male. No additional material has been found.
