Material examined. 1♂, NE China, Liaoning Province, Kuandian County, Daxicha Forest , 9.VII.2009, N40°44′58″, E125°11′35″, 446 m GoogleMaps altitude, Yang Zhong-Qi; 1♀, id., but 10.VII.2009; 6♀♀ 4♂♂, id., but 25. VI.2009, emerged 28-30. VI.2009 from collected cocoons.
Hosts. Larval parasitoid of Massicus raddei .
Distribution. China (Liaoning, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Shaanxi, Henan, Zhejiang), Kazakhstan, Korea, Russia.
Remarks. Body length ♀ / ♂ 7.1–13.3/6.0– 8.4 mm. For figures see Cao et al. (2015).
