Treatment

Type host. Odontesthes smitti (Lahille) (Pisces: Atherinopsidae ).

Site of infection. Skin of pectoral and anal fins, epithelium of operculum and gill mucosa. Type locality. Argentina, Mar Argentino, Golfo Nuevo (42º47ʹS, 65º02ʹW). Holotype: 3 MLP 5558. Paratypes: MLP 5559 (allotype Ƥ), MLP 5560 (233, 2ƤƤ), MLP 5561 (13, 1Ƥ),

MLP 5562 (13, 1Ƥ).
