The species is a new record species from China.

Head ( Fig. 21) slightly narrower than pronotum, anterior margin weakly produced. Vertex ( Fig. 21) with pair of yellowish white spots, not very distinct; coronal suture long; eyes black. Pronotum ( Fig. 21) hind margin broadly milky, with a brownish transverse fascia parallel to hind margin. Scutellum ( Fig. 21) triangular, basal triangles black. Face testaceous. Fore wing ( Fig. 22) semitransparent, grey-brownish. Inner and hind margins of clavus light, all the remaining margins as well as apical veins, brownish. Hind wing ( Fig. 23) apex broadly, rounded, with RA vein.

Abdominal apodemes ( Fig. 24) small, extended dorsomesad.

Male genitalia. Hind upper angle of pygofer lobe ( Fig. 25) acutely produced and well sclerotized. Pygofer dorsal appendage ( Fig. 25) short and slim. Pygofer ventral appendage ( Fig. 25) long, strongly curved upwards, ornamented with cell sculpture. Subgenital plate ( Fig. 26) long, with 5 macrosetae on lateral margin and few short subbasal rigid setae restricted to basolateral angle; its apex dark, contrasting with adjacent areas. Style ( Fig. 27) apex truncate and expanded; preapical lobe prominent. Aedeagal shaft ( Figs. 28, 29) slightly curved dorsally, with a terminal hook-like process at apex and pair of lateral appendages at base. Preatrium ( Fig. 29) very short, far shorter than aedeagal shaft; dorsal apodeme ( Fig. 29) little expanded in lateral view. Connective ( Fig. 30) Mshaped; stem bifid, weakly, depressed; central lobe between two arms slender.

Measurement. Length males 2.8~2.9 mm, female 3.0 mm.
