Holotype: ♂, Hejin, Xinjiang, 42º31´N, 86º35´E, 2014-VII-14, collected by Dao-Chuan Zhang.

Male: Body median in size. Head shorter than pronotum, vertex shorter, apex curved. Face distinctly oblique in profile. Antennae filiform, 22 segments, length 1.4 times width in the middle joints. Eyes ellipse, vertical diameter 1.2 times horizontal diameter and 1.4 times subocular furrow. Pronotum cylindrical, anterior and posterior margins excised slightly in the middle, median keel indistinct, cut by two transverse sulci, lateral keels indistinct, prozona 2.4 times metazona in length. Prosternal process conical, apex rounded. Minimum width of interspace of mesosternum 1.2 times length, lateral lobes of metasternum separated. Wings absent. Upper keel of hind femur smooth, length of hind femur 3.9 times its maximum width, the end of lower knee lobes rounded. Hind tibia with 9 spines on inner and outer sides, external apical spine present. Second joint of hind tarsus shorter than first joint. Tympanum absent. Base of epiproct with longitudinal groove in the middle, each sides with a tooth raised upward in the middle, apical part widened, posterior margin straight, with acute projection in the middle. Furculae larger, acutely leaf-shaped. Cercus conical, extending over the tip of epiproct, apex rounded. Subgenital plate shorttapered, apex rounded. Epiphallus as shown in fig. 23.

Coloration: Male body green. Head green. Eyes brown. Antennae yellowish-brown. Hind femur yellowishgreen in median area and yellow in upper and lower areas, inner knee lobe black. Hind tibia yellow. Abdomen green, Subgenital plate yellowish brown.

Diagnosis. The new species is similar to C. rufitibia Li et Ti, 1995 , the major differences are listed in Table 3 View TABLE 3 .

Etymology The specific epithet is named for Hejin, the type locality.
