Substratum. Sponges, barnacles, stones and worm tubes.

Remarks. Caberea lata Busk, 1852 has been collected from various substrata such as sponges, other bryozoans, corals, seaweeds, shells, worm tubes and fishing nets. The stone is newly added as one of substrata of this species.

Distribution. Korea, Japan, Pacific and Indian.
