North America: Canada; Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherland, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden, former Yugoslavia; Asia: Asian Russia -Yakutia ( Nartshuk and Bagachanova 2010, Papp and Černý 2016). First record from Switzerland.
