The constricta View in CoL group
The constricta group includes eight Holarctic species. The group is characterized by the following combination of characters: puncturation of tergites 3–5 very sparse, punctures minute, pinpricklike and poorly visible; puncturation of tergites 6–7 distinctly denser than that of tergites 3–5; elytral puncturation moderately fine, relatively shallow and weakly visible; abdominal pubescence long, sparse and semierect; and abdomen strongly glossy.
