( Figs 3 View FIGURES 1‒7 , 10 View FIGURES 8‒11 )

Type material. THAILAND, Chiang Mai Province: Holotype ♂, summit, Doi Suthep, 1600 m, 30.IX.1981, coll. Zool. Museum Copenhagen, slide No. ZMUC-NK019 ( ZMUC) . Paratype: 1♂, same data as holotype, slide No. ZMUC-NK020 ( ZMUC) .

Diagnosis. This species can be distinguished from other members of the bigeminata group by the trilobed uncus, the right valva produced medioapically to a slender clavate process that bears a slender, densely setose process at its basal 2/5, and the sacculus with a free distal process that is pectinate dorsoapically in the male genitalia.

Description. Adult ( Fig. 3 View FIGURES 1‒7 ). Wingspan 8.5‒10.0 mm. Head with vertex shining yellowish white, frons pale yellow, occiput yellow. Labial palpus with second segment pale yellow, with white scales apically; third segment yellow, with black scales distally, slender, approximately as long as second segment, pointed at apex. Antenna with scape yellow; flagellum white alternated with black on dorsal surface, dark brown on ventral surface. Thorax and tegula pale brownish yellow. Forewing ochreous yellow, yellow between fold and dorsum; with three white fasciae: basal fascia extending from base of costal margin to base of dorsum, oblique outward; antemedian fascia from basal 1/4 of costal margin to middle of dorsum, oblique outward, parallel with basal fascia, anterior 1/3 broadened; postmedian fascia from beyond middle of costal margin to dorsum before tornus, arched outward; costal spot beyond postmedian fascia, yellow, sub-triangular; black stripe from outer margin of postmedian fascia along lower margin to lower corner of cell; black scales scattered from outer margin of postmedian fascia and along posterior half of termen; large diffused irregular black spot situated before apex; apex with a few white scales; cilia yellow, with a few black-tipped scales along termen. Hindwing and cilia grey.

Male genitalia ( Fig. 10 View FIGURES 8‒11 ). Uncus heavily sclerotized, slender, trilobed: left lobe largest, narrow basally and distally, broadened medially, longitudinally with a cluster of spines dorsally; right lobe about 3/4 length of left lobe, sinuate, produced to a spine distally; median lobe clavate, sinuate, as long as right lobe, densely setose. Tegumen band-like anteriorly. Valva sub-rectangular, asymmetrical: left valva obtuse at apex, produced medioapically to a slender clavate process, which is curved at base, bears a slender, densely setose process at basal 2/5 and a fine spine at apex; right valva longer than left valva, with two sparsely setose apical processes: dorsoapical process clavate, curved ventrad distally, with a short slender process at basal 1/3 and an apical spine; ventroapical process digitate, short, less than 1/4 length of dorsoapical process. Sacculus almost uniform from base to basal 3/5, thereafter slightly narrowed and densely setose; distal 1/3 free, curved toward costa, narrowly rounded apically, with a row of dense pectination dorsoapically. Saccus short, almost parallel laterally, narrowly rounded at apex, about 1/4 as long as uncus. Juxta broad, sclerotized, sub-ovate, posteriorly produced to a short finger-like process reaching middle of uncus; anterior lobe slender. Aedeagus slightly arched medially, almost as long as valva, rounded at apex, with a spine-like preapical process; cornutus absent.

Female unknown.

Distribution. Thailand.

Etymology. The specific name is derived from the Latin pectinaceus, referring to the dorsoapical pectination of the distal process of the sacculus.
