3.3. Dysoniini Rehn, 1950 View in CoL

The main characteristic of this tribe is the outstanding camouflage, since all species present within this group resemble, in greater or lesser degree, bryophytes and lichens present in humid forests of Neotropical Region, from where Dysoniini is endemic ( Cadena-Castañeda, 2011). This tribe comprises 13 genera and 88 species, ten and 30 of them, respectively, occurring in Brazil. This is the only tribe of Phaneropterinae previously recorded for the Paraná State, specifically Machima paranensis Rehn, 1950 ( Cigliano et al. 2022).
