Distribution: Ecuador.

Records in Ecuador: Cotopaxi ( Reserve of Bosque Integral Otonga , near San Francisco de las Pampas), Santo Domindo de los Tsáchilas (Tinalandia) , Napo (El Chaco) and Zamora Chinchipe (Podocarpus National Park-Bombuscaro).

Habitat: Sifted litter from forest, upper organic soil layer in mostly undisturbed rain forest and sweep sample.
