Distribution: Ecuador.
Records in Ecuador: Tungurahua (on the trail to Tungurahua volcano, ca. 2.5 km S from
Baños de Agua Santa city).
Habitat: Ruderal community, leaf litter under a bamboo and other trees.

Remarks: The species was described in 2016, however Niedbała & Liu (2018) mentioned probably by mistake that the species was described in 2017.
