Distribution: Ecuador.
Records in Ecuador: Tungurahua (on the trail to Tungurahua volcano, ca. 2 km S from Baños de Agua Santa city) and Napo (5 km N. El Chaco) .
Habitat: Ruderal community, under a tree with remainders of soil and grass.
