Diagnosis. SIF = 5B-B-3-2000.1000; fsp = 6.6.6; fCx = 2.1.1; fSt = 0.2; fPp = B/B/ BNN; fD = 2H-[13-6]- 12-14- 12-2-6 -2. Cheliceral blade with ventral row of 2 teeth and dorsal row of 4 teeth; sensilla with 6–8 branches in distal half; SB posterior to level of PLs; mastitarsala III with 2 cilia in proximal one-third. Standard measurements of 1 specimen: AW 58, PW 73, SB 23, ASB 27, PSB 18, SD 45, P-PL 23, AP 19, AM 29, AL 25, PL 30, H 29, D min 19, D max 27, V min 20, V max 24, pa 247, pm 221, pp 248, Ip 716, DS 69, VS 41, NDV 110, TaIIIL 65, TaIIIW 14.
Host. Liolaemus chillanensis Müller and Hellmich.
Distribution. Chile, Biobío Región, Nevados de Chillán Mts, tourist camp Waldorf.
Material examined. One specimen ( ZIN collection No. 7731) ex L. chillanensis No. 15, CHILE: Waldorf camp, 1930 m a.s.l., 5 March 2005, coll. D. González-Acuña.
Remarks. This specimen is similar to M. camanchaca by the fPp and presence of mastitarsala, but differs in much larger measurements and number of idiosomal setae (NDV 110 vs. 57–60).
