Costatrichia tapada ( Oláh & Flint 2012) new combination
Acostatrichia tapada Oláh & Flint 2012: 154 , figs. 32–34, male; type locality: Venezuela: Bolivar State, Rio Caroni at Paso Caruachi; type depository: NMNH.
Material examined: HOLOTYPE male: Venezuela: Bolivar State, Rio Caroni at Paso Caruachi , 9.II.1976, leg. C.M. & O.S. Flint. PARATYPES: same data as holotype, 2 males ( NMNH).
Remarks. This species also has the typical forewing modification of Costatrichia (costal vein reflexed) and the male genitalia are very similar to those of Costatrichia hamulifera , if not identical. For this reason, this species is also removed from Acostatrichia to Costatrichia .
