Female ( Figures 24 View FIGURE 24 , 25 View FIGURE 25 ). Length of body 398 (390–405), width 200 (190–210).
Dorsum. All dorsal shields with reticulum. Propodosomal shield with three pairs of setae and a pair of postocular bodies, 100 (95–105) in diameter, located between setae ve and sci. Eyes absent. Setae sce placed on small shields. These shields located near the propodosomal shield. Central shield with two pairs of setae. Setae e 1 placed on median zonal shields and setae e 2 located on lateral zonal shields. Setae d 2 located on marginal shields. Intercalary shield divided, with setae f 1. Suranal shield entire, with two pairs of setae. Setae ve and c 2 long and flagelliform, other dorsal body setae spinulate distally. Dimensions of setae as follows: vi 51 (45–55); ve 88 (85–90); sci 41 (40– 45); sce 50 (48–53); c 1 45 (40–50); c 2 92 (88–95); d 1 43 (40–45); d 2 51 (45–55); e 1 35 (30–40); e 2 62 (55–68); f 1 56 (52–60); h 1 40 (37–43); h 2 55 (48–60). Venter. Humeral shields bearing setae c 2. The pattern on humeral shields similar to that of dorsal shields. Coxisternal shields separated, bearing three pairs of setae. Aggenital shield with three pairs of setae. Contiguous genital and pseudanal covers bearing four pairs of setae (g 1, ps 1, ps 2, ps 3). Dimensions of setae as follows: ag 1 10 (7–13); ag 2 11 (8–15); ag 3 10 (8–13); g 1 15 (13–18); ps 1 32 (30–35); ps 2 23 (20–28); ps 3 25 (23–28). All ventral shields with reticulum.

Distribution. U.S.A. ( Summers 1962) and Turkey (this paper).
Remarks. This species was known only from the U.S.A. ( Summers 1962). This is the second record of the species. The Turkish specimens resemble Stigmaeus glabrisetus in general appearance, but apodemal marking is not evident and the ratio d / l' is 2.6 in U.S. A specimens, but 2.1 in the Turkish specimens.
