Materials examined. 1 Ƥ from soil and litter under Onobryehis cornuta , 40°16'28'' N, 39°38'01'' E, 1832 m, Köse Mountain, 23 XI 2007; 1 Ƥ from moss and grass, 40°17'81'' N, 37°44'71'' E, 644 m, Koyulhisar, 17 V 2009; ZMAU.

Distribution. Turkey ( Akyol & Koç 2007).

Remarks. This species can be distinguished from known species by: setae c 1 and d 1 placed on small detached shields from central shield, eyes absent, setal formula of femora 4–4–3–2, and setal formula of genua 6(κ)–4–2–2. General features of our specimens are as in S. devlethanensis ; however, the reticulum on the propodosomal shield is evident and the posterior margin of propodosomal shield indents forward ( Figure 26 View FIGURE 26 ).
