Alella macrotrachelus ( Brian, 1906)
Ten specimens, including a pair with the male settled on the female cephalothorax, were collected from the gills of Diplodus vulgaris .
This species was reported from Naples and Genoa on Sargus vulgaris ( D. vulgaris ) and S. rondeletti ( D. sargus sargus ) ( Brian 1906), in France on S. rondeletti ( Delamare-Deboutteville 1950) , Tunisia on D. sargus ( D. sargus sargus ), D. vulgaris , D. annularis ( Ben Hassine et al. 1978) and D. annularis ( Benmansour & Ben Hassine 1997) , in the Mediterranean on D. annularis , D. sargus and D. vulgaris ( Raibaut et al. 1998) , D. sargus and D. vulgaris ( Benkirane et al. 1999) .
